Overview
This Warranty Policy describes the coverage Bronson Vending LLC provides on vending machines, equipment, and parts, in addition to any warranty passed through from the original manufacturer. Coverage varies depending on the condition of the product (new, refurbished, or used) at the time of purchase, as identified on the product listing.
This policy should be read together with our Return & Refund Policy and Terms & Conditions. A warranty claim is separate from a standard return: returns are handled within the return window described in our Return & Refund Policy, while warranty claims address defects or failures that arise after that window, within the applicable warranty term.
Coverage by Condition
Every product listing states its condition — New, Refurbished, or Used — and the warranty terms that apply follow the table above. If a listing specifies warranty terms that differ from this policy, the terms stated on that listing control for that product.
New Equipment
New equipment is generally covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty. Bronson Vending LLC will help facilitate manufacturer warranty claims on your behalf where applicable.
Refurbished Equipment
Refurbished machines have been inspected and tested prior to sale and generally include a three-month warranty from Bronson Vending LLC covering major operating components, unless a different term is stated on the product listing.
Used Equipment
Used equipment may be sold with a limited warranty, as stated on the specific product listing, or sold as-is where no warranty is offered. Please review the individual listing for details before purchasing.
What’s Covered
Where a warranty applies, covered products are eligible for repair, replacement, or another appropriate resolution if a covered defect occurs during the applicable warranty period. Coverage generally includes:
- Vending motors and drive mechanisms
- Coin mechanisms and bill/dollar validators
- Electronic controls and control boards
- Cooling and refrigeration systems, where applicable
- Product sensors and dispensing mechanisms
- Defects in materials or workmanship present at the time of delivery
What’s Not Covered
The following are generally excluded from warranty coverage, regardless of product condition:
- Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic scratches, scuffs, or fading
- Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modification
- Damage caused by power surges, incompatible electrical service, or improper voltage
- Damage occurring during transit after delivery, or from improper relocation of the machine
- Consumable or wear items, such as bill validator belts or coin mechanism springs, unless defective at delivery
- Third-party payment systems, telemetry devices, or accessories not sold by Bronson Vending LLC
- Products used outside their intended commercial application
Warranty Period
Unless otherwise stated on the product listing, the warranty period begins on the date of delivery and runs for the term specified for that product’s condition (see Section 2). Claims must be submitted within the applicable warranty period. Claims submitted after the warranty period has expired will not be eligible for coverage under this policy.
Filing a Warranty Claim
To file a warranty claim, contact Bronson Vending LLC as soon as possible after discovering the issue. Please provide:
- Order number or proof of purchase
- Product name and serial number, if available
- A description of the issue
- Photos or videos of the issue, where possible
- Date the issue was first noticed
Our team will review the claim and may request additional information or troubleshooting steps to help diagnose the issue before a resolution is determined.
Claim Review & Resolution
Once a claim is submitted, we will evaluate whether the issue is covered under this policy. Depending on the circumstances, an approved claim may result in:
- Repair of the defective component or product
- Replacement of the defective part or unit
- A refund or credit, where repair or replacement is not practical
Parts, Labor & Shipping
Approved warranty claims generally cover the cost of the replacement part. Whether labor, on-site service, or shipping costs are covered depends on the product, the nature of the defect, and the terms stated on the original listing.
For large equipment such as vending machines, customers may be responsible for coordinating access for inspection or service, and freight costs associated with returning a unit for warranty service will be discussed as part of the claim process.
Manufacturer Warranties
Some products may be covered by a separate warranty from the original manufacturer, in addition to or instead of the warranty described in this policy. Where a manufacturer warranty applies, its specific terms, conditions, and claim process govern, and Bronson Vending LLC will assist in directing you to the manufacturer or coordinating the claim where possible.
What Voids This Warranty
Warranty coverage may be voided if:
- The product has been repaired, modified, or serviced by anyone other than Bronson Vending LLC or an authorized technician, without prior approval
- The product has been damaged due to misuse, neglect, or an accident after delivery
- The product’s serial number or identifying markings have been removed or altered
- The product has been installed or operated outside of the manufacturer’s specifications
Limitation of Liability
This Warranty Policy is the sole and exclusive warranty remedy available to the customer, except where a separate manufacturer warranty applies. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bronson Vending LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost sales revenue, arising from a covered or uncovered defect.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Warranty Policy from time to time. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Warranty terms for a product already purchased are governed by the policy in effect at the time of that purchase.
